Business Terms and Conditions

Here you will find our Terms and Conditions. Section 52(6) of the Communications Act 2003 defines a Small Business Customer as any organisation that has less than 10 individuals whether as employees, volunteers or otherwise. If this applies to your organisation, then our Residential Terms and Conditions apply.

If you organisation has more than 10 individuals, then our Business Terms and Conditions apply.

Both our Residential and Business Terms and Conditions consist of standard terms which apply to everyone and then each service has it’s own set of terms as outlined in the individual Service Schedules, so please carefully read all the terms that apply to the services you have chosen.
