Using her skills to support the business development of Your Co-op Business Solutions providing mentoring for existing sales team development of our Key accounts and acquiring new business sales.

Over 10 years account management experience, Meg manages our larger accounts with their enhanced service requirements including Midcounties Co-operative with its estate of multi-site offices, retail (both food and travel) and nurseries. With a strong understanding of mobile and digital communications, and full understanding of our network of suppliers.

Offering a wide range of additional services and support to you, Marley delivers account reviews to ensure your needs are always being met with cost-effective options. Many of our customers are SME’s without specialist in-house support for telco and a key part of this role is to set out what’s available as we head into the Big Switch Off and analogue services moving to digital.

Mark supports our Account Managers in delivering the best products and service to you. Helping to ensure you get the best customer experience we can offer and monitoring feedback to continuously improve our internal processes.

A passionate aficionado of technology with over 10 years experience in B2B telecommunications, Dan's role is to monitor market trends and identify customer needs to define our product catalogue.
