FAQs
How do I start referring friends?
You just need to tell them to quote your account number and name when placing their order online or over the phone. You can find your account number in the My Account section of our website. We've also included a button on the My Account page which will automatically create an email you can send to them.
How does the refer a friend scheme work?
Whenever a friend places their first order online and switches to one of our broadband services, or takes out a contract for one of our mobile phones. Once their new service goes live, you’ll receive a £20 credit on your account.
