At Your Co-op we work really hard to keep our customers happy, and many of our new customers join us because of a recommendation they received from a friend.

Refer us to a friend and you can both earn a £20 bill credit.

How it works

The offer is available to new customers switching to one of our Broadband packages or signing up for a 24 month mobile handset contract.

You just need to tell your friend to quote your account number when placing an order online or over the phone, and once their service is live we’ll put a credit of £20 on each of Your Co-op accounts. Your direct debit payment for the subsequent invoice will be reduced.

You can find your account number on your monthly invoices, or any correspondence we have sent you about your services. You’ll also find a link you can use to send a recommendation email when you sign in to your account.

I’ve been referred by a friend. How do I get my reward?

As long as you place the order using your friends personalised link, or enters your name as you’ve registered, both yours and your friends account will be credited with £20 will arrive as soon as their service goes live.

How do I start referring friends?

You just need to tell them to quote your account number and name when placing their order online or over the phone. You can find your account number in the My Account section of our website. We've also included a button on the My Account page which will automatically create an email you can send to them.

How does the refer a friend scheme work?

Whenever a friend places their first order online and switches to one of our climate positive broadband services, or takes out a contract for one of our mobile phones. Once their new service goes live, you’ll each receive a £20 credit on your account.

How many people can I refer to Your Co-op?

You can refer as many people as you like.
