Our Superfast Fibre Broadband can handle all your home internet uses and support remote working. Achieving an average download speed of 38Mbps and upload speed of 9.5Mbps. Ideal for browsing the internet, playing online games and streaming TV, even in homes with multiple devices connected at once.

Superfast fibre broadband is also the most widely available package we offer, with 96% of homes being able to have a fibre connection. This package includes our standard fault care to quickly address any issues with your service, inclusive line rental or router.

Is superfast fibre worth it?

Yes, Superfast fibre is worth it as you’ll be able to have multiple devices active while scrolling, streaming, gaming and working. This is particularly ideal for smaller households who want fast and reliable speeds on an affordable 12- or 24-month contract.

What’s the difference between superfast and ultrafast broadband?

The difference between Superfast and Ultrafast broadband is speed, as Superfast typically provides an average download speed of 38Mbps and upload speed of 9.5Mbps. Whereas Ultrafast broadband has a minimum download speed of 100Mbps, rising up to 900Mbps, and maximum upload speeds of 100Mbps.

Carbon Neutral difference

Your Co-op Broadband work in partnership with Ecologi, who action our carbon reducing work for customers. Each broadband package reduces 3kg of CO2 for every month of your contract, making it carbon neutral. A 24-month contract alone will reduce 72kg of CO2 from the atmosphere, helping to limit the climate impact of our broadband.

We also plant a tree every year as a thank you for using Your Co-op Broadband. The trees will contribute to future decarbonisation, once they have matured.

The Big Switch Off

Big switch off ready? We can handle IP transitions

Your Co-op is already equipped with a vast experience of transitioning premises of all sizes to full-fibre broadband and with a variety of tailored features for businesses and homes.
The IP Transition or Big Switch off is the retirement of the UK’s current PSTN (Public Switch Telephony Network) services which is the copper-based telephone network that has been in operation since 1875. Switch to full fibre broadband by January 2027 to ensure you stay connected.
