Refer-a-Friend (£20): You will receive a £20 physical voucher/cash pot top-up* for every new customer you refer. Credit is issued once the referred friend has completed 60 days of active service.
First Month Free: Applies to the base tariff or plan cost only. Excludes hardware costs, bolt-ons, or out-of-bundle charges.
Exclusive 10% Discount: This discount applies to the colleague's primary mobile and broadband plan costs and is valid for the duration of their employment.
10% Additional SIM Discount: Valid on the monthly airtime plan for any secondary SIMs added to a lead member account (up to 5 SIMs, discount available on lowest priced SIMs).
Free Anytime Landline Calls: Available when selected as an add-on to colleague broadband plans. Excludes international, and premium numbers unless specified. Inclusive 01, 02, 03 & UK mobile network calls free for the first 60 minutes. After exceeding 60 minutes they will be billed at 14p/minute to landlines and 14p/minute to mobiles, with a connection fee of 18p. Calls packages have an Access Charge of 11p per minute, charged per minute, for calls to Service Numbers.
Offer Changes: OurCoop reserves the right to amend or withdraw colleague-specific perks upon 30 days' notice or upon termination of employment.
Service & Billing: Colleague benefits are subject to continued employment with OurCoop; should employment cease, the account will revert to standard member terms and rates
* Former Midcounties Co-operative members will receive a physical voucher, while former Central Co-op and Chelmsford Star members will receive a cash pot top-up via the App.
